Some hotels require that you use a percentage of your room block. The percentage
required by each hotel can be found on the proposal page. If your group does use
more rooms most hotels will honor the rate given in the contract.

group. Use the comments area at the end of the request to give us additional
information.
Group Type:
Itinerary- enter anywhere from 1-8 city destinations (Airport
Codes, Zip Codes and Landmarks are acceptable). List the cities you are
considering for one check-in date or the series of cities in a tour or mix of
both. Leave the fields blank if you don't need the additional destinations.
Additional Requests or Comments
Please use this space to tell us more about your needs. The more hotels know
about your group, the better they can provide you useful proposals that are easy
to compare.
